When will I get my goods?

Our standard delivery is 2-3 working days but we aim to deliver as quickly as we can. Unfortunately, next day delivery is currently unavailable. 

Can I return goods?

You may return products to us within 28 days of the date of the delivery, provided you have received written agreement in the form of an authorisation email from floorsaver. No claims can be considered for returns outside this period. Goods are to be returned at your expense and proof of return supplied to the original source of supply as specified by floorsaver.

In the unlikely event of a product being defective please email us at and we will replace the original order.

There are certain products that cannot be returned once opened. Read our full Returns & Refunds Policy.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

How do I order my goods?

floorsaver products can only be ordered via our website. You can pay via PayPal or by using your credit or debit card. Our online ordering facility is totally secure.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £100. Take a look at our delivery information page for more details

floorsaver delivers to the UK mainland only, excluding the Scottish Highlands.That means we're unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight or the Channel Islands.

How do you deliver?

We use a leading, nationwide courier firm to deliver your goods so you can be sure of a safe and prompt delivery.

Can I specify a particular delivery date?

If you want to receive your goods on a specific date, then please let us know at the time of ordering. You can do this by emailing us at or call us on 0345 450 9888

Will I need to sign for delivery?

The courier will need a signature before dropping off the goods. If nobody is available to sign for the goods, the courier will try to leave the goods with a neighbour. If this isn’t possible, they will take the goods back to the depot and get in touch to arrange a new delivery date.

Will the courier carry the goods into my home or garden?

Due to insurance requirements, the courier can only deliver to your door and not into your property. However, most of our products can be carried by one adult.

Can you deliver to an alternative address?

Yes. We appreciate that you may be ordering for someone else and want the goods delivered to their address. Just let us know at the time of ordering please.

Do you accept orders from outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We’ll let you know if that changes.

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept American Express, Mastercard Credit and Debit cards, Visa Credit and Debit cards, Visa Electron, and Maestro/Solo Cards. You can also pay using PayPal (requires a separate PayPal account).

How do I get in touch with you?

Can I get a VAT receipt?

Yes. A receipt, with full VAT information to enable you to claim back the tax (if you are eligible to do so), will be sent separately from your order.
