Returning a product or requesting a refund

You may return products and goods to us within 28 days of date of delivery, provided you have written agreement from floorsaver. No claims will be entertained for returns outside this period. Products and goods are to be returned at the customer’s expense to the original source of supply as specified by floorsaver.

1. To request a return or refund, email us at in the first instance. Please wait for written confirmation to your email before returning the goods or products. 

2. A re-stocking charge of 20% will be made for goods that are of merchantable quality as determined by floorsaver. Not all goods may be accepted back into stock for credit.

3. On receipt we will examine the returned products and goods and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you via email that you are entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.

4. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. 

5. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or refunds for certain floorsaver products. These are:

              1. Pourable Concrete Filler
              2. Concrete Floor Leveller
              3. Mouldable Concrete Filler


    6. You will not have any right to cancel a contract for the supply of the above products which have been unsealed or opened by you. Please do not open or unseal these products unless you are sure you wish to keep them.
