Floorsaver Asphalt Crack Filler is a flexible rubberised bitumen formula, perfect for ensuring small cracks don't become large potholes.

Super easy-to-use, just pour the quick drying repair compound from a spouted can and pour into cracks up to 25mm wide.

Ideal for internal or external use, this product is recommended for car parks, playgrounds or walkways to address cracks early and stop water ingress from accelerating deterioration.     • Minimal preparation is required. floorsaver "Asphalt" Crack Filler is easy to use. Sweep or scrape out any loose stuff from the hole and that's about it.

    Mixing

    • Decant into a spouted can

    Application

    In order to ensure proper drying time, please avoid using the product in wet or cold (below 5°C) conditions. Although some dampness may be tolerated, it is best for the crack to be reasonably dry.

    Cracks up to 3mm wide:

    Using a spouted can (or watering can), apply the "Asphalt" Crack Filler to fill in the cracks, ensuring that any excess liquid that overflows is brushed out to create a thin film. Allow the filler to dry and then dust with fine "Sand" or cement to remove any remaining tackiness.

    Cracks 3mm - 25mm wide:

    Prepare the crack by applying a brush coat of floorsaver "Asphalt" Crack Filler to the sides. Create a slightly stiff mortar by mixing "Asphalt" Crack Filler with damp "Sand". Use a trowel to fill the crack and smooth it out. After the mortar dries, remove any remaining tack by dusting with fine "Sand" or cement.
