A: Safety Grip Anti Slip Tape is perfect for decking outside. The decking must be clean and dry before application, and be primed with Water Based Primer (if being used on porous surfaces) to increase adhesion.

A: Safety Grip Tape can be applied to chequer plating; but we have a better product for this type of application, our Conformable Safety Tape. This is still just as tough, but is designed for profiled surfaces and will conform to textured surfaces such as chequer plating so I would use this and not the standard Safety Grip tape.

A: Hi, a better product for you would be Aqua Safe - https://www.floorsaver.co.uk/products/aqua-safe-waterproof-anti-slip-tape?_pos=1&_sid=a6fbe1a2a&_ss=r – this is a waterproof non slip tape and suitable for tiles in a bathroom. It would just need to be clean and dry before application and best to keep dry for 48 hours.  It has a non slip surface applied to the tape to provide slip resistance and can be used on floors, tiles, and most surfaces and is used in shower rooms regularly.

A: Hi, this is a self-adhesive product that may leave some adhesive residue on the surface. If the surface is smooth then removing may be a possibility. We have a product called Cleaner & Degreaser, this is a good cleaning product for removing oily contamination on floors (https://www.floorsaver.co.uk/collections/preparation/products/cleaner-degreaser-5l).
