          Step 1 – Preparation:

          Step 2 – Application:

          • It’s best to use masking tape to help get a smooth edge and to protect the surrounding areas from staining.
          • It is important to make sure the floor is dry – do not apply this to a damp surface.
          • Temperature should be a minimum of 5°C. The warmer it is the quicker it will harden.
          • The cartridge nozzle should be cut to match the size of the joint or crack.
          • Important – When filling the joint or crack do not fill completely to the surface, finish it approximately 3mm below the surrounding floor surface. floorsaver Floor Joint Sealant is flexible to allow for movement and as such it doesn’t fully harden, therefore if it comes into contact with a tyre it may ‘pull out’ of the joint.
          • Apply with a Skeleton Gun.
          • Use the back of a trowel to bed it down and to ensure it has bonded well to the edges of the crack or joint.
          • Remove masking tape.
          • Covers approximately 9 metres of a crack or joint which is 6mm wide x 6mm deep.
          Application Temperature Minimum 5°C
          Drying Times (at 23°C) Paint
