We’re still open for business – helping you get the job done for less.

Things are much busier than usual but we’re doing our best to keep it business as usual.

While we are still here, there are fewer of us on hand to help, so orders are taking longer than usual to get to you. Please bear with us – we’re doing the best we can to give you the service you need.

In and out of stocks

Products are going out of stock more quickly than usual. We’ve increased our manufacturing, but we don’t always keep up. Our most popular products are always top of our “make it” list and we’re doing our best to get you what you need.

Orders and deliveries

We’re working hard to send out your orders as quickly as we can but don’t forget, the team aren’t around at the weekend, so any orders you place on a Friday evening or at the weekend, will be processed and sent out to you as quickly as possible on the following Monday. We’re doing our best to answer your queries over the weekend though.

Just like us, our couriers are busier too and deliveries are taking up to 4 working days. Please bear with us. If you ordered in the last 3-4 working days, we’re on it and are getting your products to you as fast as we can. If you ordered before that, please get in touch and we’ll check on it for you.

Questions, cancellations, returns and refunds

Our team is small and we’re working from home. And, because we’re busier than usual, we’re slower than we’d like to be. We’re sorry about that. But, we do get your messages and we’re working to reply as quickly as we can. We appreciate your patience while that’s the case.
